I grew up around construction and remodeling. When I was two years old, my family moved into a home built in the early 1800's. I have memories of my dad always working on some part of the house, whether it was drywall repair, painting, roofing, trim work, plumbing or electric. As I got older, he showed me how to use his tools and I began to build things on my own. Later, I worked for my uncle, who had been in the construction business for years. As a general contractor, he was knowledgeable in all aspects of home building and he passed those skills on to me. I gained an appreciation for quality craftsmanship, materials and details. Along the way I discovered that this isn't just a job for me, it is what I am meant to do and I love it.
I value my relationship with every client and treat their home as if it were my own. In a time when customer service seems to have fallen by the wayside, I pride myself on working to exceed my clients' expectations.
In an ever-changing remodeling industry, new materials and techniques hit the market daily. I subscribe to several trade magazines, am a member of an online construction trade forum and take continuing education classes to stay current on the latest products and building practices.
So, if you have a renovation project in mind, whether large or small, I'd like to hear from you. Feel free to ask for references or click on my testimonials page. Better yet, give my wife a call, she was one of my past clients!
